Today the problem is simply listing all of the properties of a rubber ball. Use this exercise to help focus your team on listing all the expectations of your product; what do people know about your product and what do they expect to know of your product.
In the second half of the show we talk about LPP #20 and how important it is to get out and observe a problem to understand if you are asking the right question in order to get a disruptive solution.
